JOB SUMMARY: The HRBP works closely with the business and HR teams to provide strategic leadership and support, delivering a world-class employee experience to JioStars talent. This includes designing and executing talent strategies in alignment with business strategies, ensuring leaders and managers receive the necessary support in facilitating positive employee experiences throughout the employee lifecycle. You will play an active role in understanding the business, solving problems, and interpreting various workplace situations within the context of talent practices, policies, processes, and employment law. ABOUT THE TEAM Our HR Business Partners are the front-line business advisors and partners at JioStar. The team enables group and business units aligned talent strategies to enable our businesses thrive and succeed. They act as a bridge between the HR function and various business units in the organization. Some of the key aspects of HR Business partnering are having strategic alignment with the business, employee engagement, change management, digital transformation, DE&I;, talent management, L&D; and managing conflicts/problem solving.
