FIELD SPECIALIST III - RTA

Job Description Field Specialist III-MPD We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Field Engineer / Field Specialist to support operations across a variety of products and services in the Oil & Gas sector. Depending on MPD experienced especially in recent MPD Deepwater, the role ranges from entry-level execution to senior-level leadership, including troubleshooting complex technical issues, mentoring junior engineers, and acting as a key interface with clients at well sites. Key Responsibilities Health, Safety & Compliance Ensure adherence to company HSE, security, and compliance standardsMaintain safe working conditions and prioritize environmental protectionParticipate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and hazard analysisPromote continuous improvement in safety and operational practices Operations & Service Delivery Execute job planning, preparation, mobilization, and field operationsOperate, test, and maintain tools and equipmentMonitor operational data and recommend solutionsPrepare and submit job reports, service tickets, and documentationSupport 24/7 on-call operations as requiredManage inventory and equipment at well siteAssist or lead root cause analysis for equipment failuresDeliver high-quality service to clients and maintain relationships Technical & Leadership (Mid/Senior Levels) Troubleshoot complex technical issues and recommend solutionsPerform engineering calculations and software-based checks onsiteLead field crews and mentor junior engineersAct as technical advisor to clients and internal stakeholdersOversee installation of complex equipment Quality Assurance Ensure compliance with company quality policiesDrive continuous improvement initiativesMaintain service delivery excellence Responsibilities Communication & Stakeholder Management Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholdersBuild and sustain positive client relationshipsClearly communicate expectations within teams Financial Accountability Manage expenses within approved budgetsFollow financial processes and timelines People Development Participate in training and career development programsWork with managers on performance and growth plansSupport talent development and knowledge sharing (for senior roles) Qualifications Qualifications & Experience Bachelors Degree in Engineering or ScienceMinimum 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas (intermediate roles)Minimum 3 years of experience in MPD. Especially on Deepwater project (preferred)Relevant experience in field operations (preferred for senior roles) Skills & Competencies Knowledge of mechanics, electronics, pneumatics, hydraulicsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsUnderstanding of basic physics, chemistry, and mathematicsComputer literacy and technical reporting skillsStrong decision-making and time management abilitiesAbility to work in physically demanding environmentsEffective communication and teamwork skills .
