Position: Sales Executive HVAC Industry: HVAC / Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning Department: Sales & Business Development Experience: Fresher / 01 Year Location: Mumbai / Bangalore / Delhi Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Fresher HVAC Sales Executive to join our Sales & Business Development team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing customer relationships, supporting sales activities, and achieving assigned sales targets. Freshers with a Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field are encouraged to apply. Training and product knowledge will be provided to the selected candidate. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities in the HVAC market. Make customer calls and conduct field visits to generate sales leads. Visit contractors, consultants, builders, architects, facility managers, and end customers. Understand customer requirements and explain suitable HVAC products and solutions. Prepare quotations and coordinate with the technical team when required. Follow up with customers on enquiries, quotations, and orders. Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers. Support senior sales team members in customer meetings and business development activities. Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain customer information, sales reports, and daily activity reports. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, installation, and service requirements. Keep updated on HVAC products, market trends, and competitor activities. Required Skills & Qualifications Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field preferred. Freshers are welcome to apply. Basic understanding of HVAC systems and products is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong willingness to learn and develop a career in HVAC sales. Good negotiation and customer-handling skills. Positive attitude, confidence, and a target-oriented approach. Willingness to travel for customer and site visits. Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel. Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Lead generation and customer visits. New customer acquisition. Sales enquiry and quotation follow-up.
