Title: SAP SD/CS Consultant Experience: 8+ years Need Immediate Joiners. Job Summary: Rockwoods is looking for an experienced SAP SD/CS Consultant (8+ years) to implement, customize, and support SAP Sales & Distribution and Customer Service modules. The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, configuring solutions, and ensuring seamless integration with cross-functional teams. The consultant will drive best practices, support testing and validation, and provide end-user training and troubleshooting. Additionally, the role requires maintaining system documentation, ensuring data integrity, and staying updated with SAP advancements. Key Responsibilities Deploy and tailor SAP SD and CS functionalities to align with specific organizational needs. Evaluate and record corporate workflows along with end-user functional demands. Set up the SAP environment and execute all required system audits and quality checks. Deliver expert advice on industry-leading standards for Sales and Distribution and Customer Service modules. Partner with various departmental teams to ensure cohesive and unified technical solutions. Produce and manage project roadmaps, including schedules and key milestones. Assist staff members by providing comprehensive training and resolving technical issues. Keep technical records and instructional guides for users updated and accurate. Protect the consistency of data and the overall reliability of the system. Stay current with the latest SAP innovations and evolving market practices. Required Skills & Experience Over 8 years of specialized experience in SAP SD and CS configuration and support. Demonstrated ability to manage full-lifecycle implementations and system integrations. Strong analytical skills for translating business needs into technical specifications. Proficient in cross-module collaboration and stakeholder communication. Track record of maintaining high system stability and data accuracy in complex environments. .
