Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced SAP SD Application Consultant with over 15 years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation, support, and upgrade projects. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module, including configuration, integration, and troubleshooting across various business processes. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver robust SAP solutions aligned with strategic goals. Key Responsibilities Lead SAP SD implementations, upgrades, and support projects including EHP8 upgrades. Configure and maintain SAP SD module including Sales, Delivery, Billing, Pricing, Output Determination, and Rebate. Support Order-to-Cash processes including debit memo, credit memo, and consignment. Hands-on experience with Customer Service module and SD user exits. Integrate SAP SD with MM, PP, FI/CO, and Project Systems (PS). Perform data conversion using LSMW and manage Z Reports. Conduct requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Prepare BBP, FSD, test scripts, UAT documents, and user manuals. Document RICEFW requirements and functional specifications. Provide Level 2 support and troubleshoot reported incidents. Architect solutions and provide thought leadership on SAP technologies. Participate in solution reviews and validate proposed designs. Stay updated on SAP OTC module advancements and industry trends. Design and deliver retail-specific processes and functional configurations. Assist in planning and delivery of test plans and operational reporting improvements. Engage with third-party and internal architecture teams to develop transformation programs. Implement proposed solutions within defined resources, budget, and timelines. Work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Design, configure, and test SD, EWM, MM processes in healthcare and shared services industries. Represent complex business processes and initiate new SAP SD projects. Qualifications 15+ years of experience as SAP SD Consultant in implementation, support, and upgrade projects. Experience in EHP8 upgrade is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Advanced degree preferred) Prior experience in professional services industry preferred. SAP SD certification preferred but not required. Expertise in SAP SD module configuration, implementation, and support. Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, ATP, and pricing configuration. Integration experience with SAP PS, MM, PP, and FICO modules. Proficient in architecting SD process integrations including third-party systems. Experience in manufacturing and distribution domains. Knowledge of SAP best practices for sales, shipping, billing, and customer service. Ability to debug ABAP and write functional/technical specifications. Experience with SAP iDocs for order induction and intercompany postings. Ability to playback designs to business users and conduct workshops Familiarity with SAP RISE, BW/BObj, BTP, PI/PO, coupa,high radius etc., and other financial integrators like vertex, onesource, open text etc., Strong understanding of integration patterns, architectures, and tools including APIs, middleware, and ETL technologies. Experience with SAP integration across modules and external systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to work in fast-paced, matrixed environments and drive consensus. .
