SAP CO Product Costing Consultant/Senior Consultant

Job Description : We are looking for an experienced SAP CO Product Costing Consultant / Senior Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Controlling and Product Costing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across SAP implementation and support projects in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand financial and controlling requirements, design SAP CO solutions, conduct blueprint workshops, and support configuration, testing, implementation, and post-go-live activities.Key Responsibilities : - Participate in end-to-end SAP CO implementation, enhancement, and support projects.- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP CO functional solutions.- Configure and support Product Costing processes, including product cost planning and cost estimates.- Work on Cost Center Accounting, Cost Element Accounting, Internal Orders, CO-PA, and Profit Center Accounting.- Support integration of SAP CO with : 1. Materials Management (MM)2. Production Planning (PP)3. Sales and Distribution (SD)- Participate in blueprint and solution design workshops with business stakeholders.- Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, configuration documents, and test scenarios.- Support unit testing, integration testing, UAT, defect resolution, and deployment activities.- Analyze business process issues and provide appropriate SAP CO solutions.- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration across SAP modules.- Support data migration, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live activities where required.- Provide knowledge transfer and functional support to business users and project teams.- Ensure SAP CO solutions align with business processes and SAP best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications : - 3-9 years of experience working with SAP Controlling (CO).- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Product Costing.- Experience with one or more of the following SAP CO areas : 1. Product Costing2. Cost Center Accounting3. Cost Element Accounting4. Internal Orders5. Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)6. Profit Center Accounting- Strong understanding of integration between SAP CO and MM, PP, and SD.- Experience working on SAP implementation or support projects in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.- Experience leading or participating in SAP CO blueprint and solution design workshops.- Experience preparing : 1. Functional Specifications2. Process Documentation3. Test Scenarios4. Functional Design Documents- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
