Role & responsibilities Looking for candidate: 8- 12 Yrs Skillset- Core Java, with React and SQL with AWS Should have exp in End to End project Delivery. Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java Full Stack Engineer to lead the design and delivery of scalable, cloud-native applications, with a strong focus on AI-assisted development practices. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in full-stack technologies, up-to-date architecture patterns, and hands-on experience with event-driven systems and cloud platforms, while also demonstrating strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade full stack applications. - Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor.ai, Replit, GitHub Copilot or equivalent) to enhance engineering productivity. - Architect and build microservices-based solutions using Java and modern frameworks. - Develop and integrate real-time data processing pipelines using Kafka. - Implement event-driven systems using Kafka - Build Agentic AI solutions using AWS - Develop data pipelines on Databricks - Deliver Market Risk technology solutions Exposure to Snowflake - Design scalable and resilient systems leveraging AWS cloud platforms - Work closely with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders in Banking/FSO/Capital Markets domain. - Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, performance, and DevOps pipelines. - Mentor and manage a team of developers; foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. - Participate in client discussions, requirement gathering, and solution design. - Drive Agile delivery practices across the team. .
