Head of Product (Remote Working)

About the Role: We are looking for a visionary and execution-focused Product Leader to head our Product Management teams across IoT and Customer Experience functions within the Electric Vehicle (EV) ecosystem. This is a critical leadership role driving the development of connected vehicle technologies and customer-facing digital experiences, ensuring a seamless and intelligent EV journey from end to end. vehicle telematics, connectivity, charging infrastructure) and Customer Experience (e.g., mobile apps, in-car interfaces, service touchpoints). Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, UX, Data Science, Customer Support, Marketing, and OEM/partner teams. Champion a user-centric, data-informed product culture while ensuring high performance across teams. 10+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role. Strong track record in IoT product development and customer experience in the EV, automotive, or mobility sectors.Experience with connected vehicle platforms, telematics, cloud-based IoT systems, and mobile applications.Deep understanding of the EV customer journey, including charging, range anxiety, remote vehicle monitoring, etc.Experience with EV charging infrastructure (AC/DC, public/private networks). Background in agile development, user research, and digital product analytics. .
