Job Description Experience in technical support for security, surveillance, access control, or time attendance solutions. Basic knowledge of CCTV and related security products. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Customer-oriented with good communication and coordination skills. Roles & Responsibility Provide online technical support for Matrix Access Control, Time Attendance, and CCTV products. Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and configuration-related issues. Support customers and system integrators with product installation, configuration, and commissioning. Diagnose issues related to biometric devices, attendance systems, access control devices, and CCTV systems. Assist with device integration, network connectivity, and basic system configuration. Coordinate with internal technical and product teams for complex technical issues and escalations. Conduct product demonstrations and provide basic technical training to customers and partners. Maintain proper documentation of technical queries, resolutions, and customer interactions. Required Qualification: Diploma / Bachelors degree in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or a related field.
