About the Role Adobe is looking for an experienced Senior Technical Writer to create, review, and maintain high-quality technical and product documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with software/product documentation and collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, SMEs, and other stakeholders to translate complex technical information into clear, accurate, and user-friendly content. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain product and technical documentation, including user guides, developer documentation, release notes, knowledge base articles, implementation guides, and other technical content. Review and edit documentation created by other technical writers to ensure clarity, accuracy, consistency, and quality. Work closely with Engineering, Product Management, QA, and SMEs to understand product features and technical requirements. Simplify complex technical concepts and workflows into easy-to-understand documentation. Maintain and follow documentation standards, style guides, terminology, and editorial best practices. Manage documentation throughout its lifecycle, from planning and creation to review, publishing, and maintenance. Contribute to information architecture, content organization, and documentation quality improvements. Support documentation for product releases, new features, enhancements, and technical changes. Identify gaps and inconsistencies in existing documentation and recommend improvements. Mentor or provide guidance to junior technical writers where required. Use modern documentation and collaboration tools to manage content and documentation workflows. Explore and leverage AI-assisted tools and automation to improve documentation efficiency and quality.
