Solutions Architect

Experience: 10+ years overall IT experience with 3+ years in AI Solution Architecture. Shift Time: 2PM to 11PM Qualification: BTech, BCA, MCA, BE Looking for Immediate joiner to 30Days Required Skills & Qualifications 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 3+ years as an AI Solution Architect or similar role. Strong expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Prompt Engineering. Hands-on experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, or similar. Strong programming skills in Python. Experience developing and integrating REST APIs. Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or similar cloud AI platforms. Understanding of vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, or Azure AI Search. Experience designing enterprise AI architectures with a focus on scalability, performance, and security. Strong knowledge of AI model deployment, monitoring, and optimization. Experience working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments. Preferred Skills Experience with MLOps tools and AI deployment pipelines. Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices. Familiarity with machine learning lifecycle and model governance. Experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Commercial, Healthcare, or Retail domains. Exposure to low-code/no-code AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Studio, or similar AI automation tools. Participate in customer discovery sessions and technical discussions. Understand customer business challenges and recommend AI-based solutions. Prepare solution architectures, technical proposals, and effort estimates. Develop customer POCs, MVPs, and solution demonstrations. Present AI capabilities, architecture, and value propositions to customers and executive stakeholders. Support RFPs, RFIs, and technical bid responses. Key Responsibilities Design and architect end-to-end AI and Generative AI solutions aligned with business objectives. Lead the technical design and implementation of enterprise AI applications. Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs), MVPs, customer demonstrations, and production-ready AI solutions. Build AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and Agentic AI frameworks. Design and implement AI workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar orchestration frameworks. Develop prompt engineering strategies to improve AI model performance and response quality. Integrate AI models with enterprise applications using REST APIs and Python. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable AI architectures. Support pre-sales activities, including customer presentations, solution design, technical proposals, effort estimation, and solution demonstrations. Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend best-fit solutions for customer requirements. Ensure AI solutions meet security, governance, scalability, and compliance standards. Mentor development teams and provide architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Work closely with cloud, data engineering, DevOps, and application development teams for successful solution delivery. .
