UX Designer (Kothrud)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented UX Designer to join our design team. This role is ideal for a fresher with at least one internship experience in UX/UI design who is eager to build user-centric digital experiences and grow in a collaborative workplace. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications - Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch - Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve design solutions - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure design feasibility - Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to improve user journeys - Maintain consistency with design guidelines and brand standards - Document design processes, user flows, and specifications for development handoff Required Skills: - Basic knowledge of UX principles, user-centered design, and responsive design - Familiarity with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) - Understanding of wireframing, prototyping, and basic usability testing - Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and effectively - A strong portfolio showcasing academic or internship projects Eligibility: - Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or related field (Preferred) - Minimum one completed internship in UX/UI or interaction design - Must be able to relocate or commute to Kothrud, Pune before joining Additional Information: - This is an on-site role (not remote) - Candidates must provide a portfolio of past work (academic or internship) as part of the application Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In Pune Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person Compensation: 467,417.54 - 1,774,971.98 per year Work Location: In person .
