Key Responsibilities 1. Office Administration Manage day-to-day office administrative activities.Maintain office records, files, documents, and registers.Handle stationery, office supplies, and inventory.Coordinate with vendors for office-related purchases and services.Manage courier, dispatch, correspondence, and incoming/outgoing documents.Coordinate meetings, visitors, and official requirements.Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities.2. Factory Administration Handle day-to-day administrative activities at the factory.Maintain factory records, registers, and documentation.Coordinate housekeeping, security, transport, canteen, and other facility services.Monitor attendance and support HR in employee-related administration.Coordinate with production, stores, purchase, accounts, and maintenance departments.Ensure availability of required administrative materials and consumables.Support factory management in maintaining discipline and smooth operations.3. Employee & HR Support Maintain employee attendance and leave records.Assist in joining and documentation of new employees.Coordinate employee ID cards, uniforms, PPE, and other requirements.Assist HR in employee communication and welfare activities.Maintain personnel files and administrative records.4. Vendor & Facility Management Coordinate with housekeeping, security, transport, maintenance, and other service vendors.Check vendor bills and submit them for approval.Monitor facility maintenance and report issues to management.Ensure cleanliness and proper working conditions in office and factory premises.5. Documentation & Compliance Support Maintain licenses, certificates, agreements, and statutory documents.Keep records updated for audits and inspections.Coordinate with relevant departments for factory-related compliance documentation.Maintain proper filing and documentation systems.Required Skills Good communication and coordination skills.Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word, and email.Good record-keeping and documentation skills.Good record-keeping and documentation skills.Qualification & Experience Qualification: Graduate / Diploma preferred.Experience: 25 years in office administration, factory administration, or a similar role.Experience in a manufacturing/factory environment will be an advantage.Vendor and facility management experience.Ability to coordinate with both office staff and factory workers.Problem-solving and multitasking ability.Good discipline and organizational skills.Compensation: 30,000.00 - 33,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
