Ideal Candidate Profile Candidate should have progressed through the career path: Business Analyst Project Manager IT Delivery Lead Must have strong functional delivery experience rather than technical/application delivery. Should have worked closely with Business Stakeholders, Project Teams, and Leadership throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end functional project delivery for Healthcare projects. Gather, understand, and manage business requirements. Work closely with Business Stakeholders to define project scope, priorities, and delivery timelines. Prepare project plans, define milestones, and ensure timely delivery. Manage project budgets, resource planning, risks, and project governance. Coordinate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Delivery Teams to ensure successful execution. Track project progress, resolve delivery issues, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Required Experience 12+ years of IT experience. Mandatory Healthcare domain experience. Robust experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, and Delivery Management. Proven experience in: Stakeholder Management Budget Management Project Planning Delivery Governance Risk & Issue Management Cross-functional Team Coordination Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. .
