Process Re-engineering Consultant - Job Description Job Title: Process Re-engineering Consultant Location: Mumbai Experience Level: 5 to 10 Years Role Purpose: Lead business process discovery and mapping, identify and define opportunities. Re-engineer processes to be more efficient, automated and lean to reduce cost and improve efficiency. Any Mandatory Requirements / Certifications: Min 10 years experience in business process discovery, process mining and process mapping - preferably in the financial services domain (Asset Management, Finance, Insurance). Hands-on experience with BPMN Preferred Qualifications: BE/BTech/MBA/MCA Key Responsibilities: Hands-on experience in leading at least 3 end-to-end business process discovery, mapping, and re-engineering projects.Experience using industry standard tools for creating process maps and documentation.Ability to analyse business process data using Excel, Power BI and equivalent tools to identify areas of opportunityFormal training in Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen and equivalent methodologiesExperience applying above methodologies on real projectsExcellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to design and present a compelling story to stakeholdersStrong understanding of digital and automation tools and platforms such as RPA, Workflow platforms, Low Code tools, Power Apps, Scripting etc.Good understanding of the capabilities and application of AI (including LLMs), especially in the process re-engineering and automation domainStrong stakeholder management experience .
