Business Analyst / Product Manager Finastra Payments

DescriptionWe are looking for a Business Analyst / Product Manager to join our Finastra Payments team in India. This role will focus on analyzing business needs, defining product requirements, and driving the successful delivery of payment solutions. ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.Develop product roadmaps and define product features for Finastra Payments.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product launches.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.Gather and document user requirements and business processes for payment solutions.Create and maintain product documentation, including user stories and acceptance criteria.Assist in the testing and validation of product features to ensure they meet business needs. Skills and Qualifications10-13 years of experience in business analysis or product management, preferably in the financial services or payments industry.Strong understanding of payment processing systems and technologies.Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
