Drive end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closure. Achieve quarterly and annual bookings, revenue, and customer acquisition goals. Develop strategic account plans for high-value prospects. CXO & Enterprise Relationship Management Engage with CHROs, HR Heads, Benefits Leaders, CFOs, CEOs, and Procurement teams. Position ekincare's healthcare and benefits platform as a strategic workforce productivity solution. Build long-term executive relationships across enterprise accounts. Act as a trusted advisor on employee healthcare, benefits optimization, and workforce wellness. Consultative Solution Selling Understand client challenges around employee health benefits, OPD, insurance utilization, wellness, and healthcare costs. Design customized solutions leveraging ekincare's health benefits ecosystem. Lead solution presentations, business case creation, and ROI discussions. Conduct discovery workshops and executive presentations. Strategic Partnerships & Market Expansion Collaborate with insurance brokers, consultants, TPAs, insurers, and ecosystem partners. Develop go-to-market initiatives for new industry verticals. Expand presence within existing enterprise accounts through cross-sell and upsell opportunities. Leadership & Team Development (Director Level) Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing enterprise sales team. Establish sales processes, forecasting discipline, and pipeline governance. Coach teams on complex deal management and executive engagement. Partner with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Operations teams to maximize customer outcomes. Forecasting & Business Planning Maintain accurate sales forecasts and opportunity tracking. Provide periodic business reviews and market intelligence. Track competitive landscape and emerging trends in employee healthcare and benefits.
