About the Role India's Leading Aluminium Engineering Company is seeking an experienced and visionary Group Head Sales & Marketing to lead the sales and marketing function across all Group companies. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing the Company's growth strategy, increasing market share, expanding domestic and international business, strengthening customer relationships, and achieving the business objectives outlined in Company's strategic business plan. Experience 20+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing. Minimum 10 years in a senior leadership position. Must have worked in Manufacturing and Engineering industries. Experience in industrial products, OEM sales, project sales, exports, and strategic business development is essential.
