Partner with Product, AI/ML, UX, and business stakeholders to align priorities and drive outcomes. Manage development roadmaps, sprint execution, releases, and technical delivery. Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams while fostering innovation and accountability. Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, performance, and governance requirements.
