Youll be the bridge between our e-commerce offerings and our customers' visions, ensuring every piece of stationery and every gift is nothing short of perfection. Whether youre working from a local TKWW hub or your own remote sanctuary, we need your stellar design instincts, quick-witted problem-solving, and a passion for making "the big day" truly spectacular. RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with customers to modify and finalize stationery designs Edit the designs to the customer's specifications and work one-on-one with the customer over email to finalize the design Create and send proofs to customers in a timely manner Create print-ready files for customer designs Have an understanding of the significance of providing excellent customer service and adhere to high standards at all times Maintain a high productivity level, after training, to best serve our customers in a timely fashion, and continue to meet or exceed stated performance expectations for work quality, quantity, and impact.
