This role offers hands-on experience with IT systems and processes, contributing to seamless operational support and innovative solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in managing and maintaining hardware, software, and network systems.Perform routine checks on system performance and report issues to the IT team.Help resolve basic technical problems for end-users and escalate complex issues as needed.Monitor network and server health using diagnostic tools.Support the team in identifying and mitigating potential risks to system availability.Maintain records of IT assets, configurations, and support tickets.Assist in documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical guides.Participate in IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, or new technology rollouts.Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.Stay updated on IT trends and best practices to suggest improvements.Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance technical knowledge.
