Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Plumbing Architect / Design Engineer with experience in healthcare projects. Ensure designs comply with local building codes, NBC standards, and healthcare regulations. Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and project teams. Review BOQs, specifications, and vendor drawings. Conduct site visits to ensure execution aligns with design. Optimize systems for water efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness. Troubleshoot design-related issues during project execution. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Architecture. 38 years of experience in plumbing design, preferably in hospitals or healthcare infrastructure. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office. Experience in handling large-scale healthcare or commercial projects. Preferred Skills: Experience in hospital projects (NABH/JCI standards knowledge is a plus). Understanding of medical gas systems and infection control practices.
