B.E (Civil.) & Specialization M.E. (Geo-tech) / M.Tech. Sound knowledge in soil mechanics and geotechnical engineering and their application in Water and Effluent Treatment Plant. Familiarity with all Materials and Soil Testing Procedures as per IS codes/ IRC codes / MoRTH procedures and Guidelines. Preparation / Review of soil report and recommendations of foundation type (open or deep), ground improvement, Soil nailing, Rock Anchor. Design of Pile Foundations, Well Foundations, Diaphragm Walls, Coffer Dams, Sheet piles, Design of Shoring Systems for Temporary Excavations to protect collapse of loose soils for pile line laying works / Foundations Works etc. Slope stability analysis, liquefaction potential & various solution. Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
