Job Title: Cloud Operation Manager / Cloud Operation Specialist Location: Andheri(E), Mumbai Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Cloud Operation Manager / Specialist with 35 years of relevant experience to lead and manage our engagement with the AWS Partner Network (APN) . This role is critical in ensuring effective portal administration, program compliance, internal coordination, and performance tracking. You will play a central role in supporting our strategic AWS partnership, helping us maintain and grow our standing within the APN ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: 1. APN Portal Management -Maintain accurate and up-to-date company and partner profiles within APN Partner Central -Manage user access and permissions for internal stakeholders using the APN platform. -Ensure timely submission of required documentation to maintain APN partnership status and program eligibility. 2. Program Compliance -Track and ensure compliance with all APN tier requirements (Select, Advanced, Premier). -Manage participation in AWS programs including: Foundational Technical Reviews (FTRs) AWS Competency Programs Service Delivery Validations AWS ISV Accelerate (if applicable)-Coordinate submission of technical documentation, customer references, and case studies as required. 3. Internal Collaboration and AWS Coordination -Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Enablement) and AWS Partner Development Managers (PDMs). -Coordinate AWS-led co-marketing activities and funding requests, such as: Market Development Funds (MDF) Migration Acceleration Program (MAP) Support AWS-led audits, quarterly/annual business reviews, and partner performance assessments. 4. Reporting and Performance Metrics -Monitor activity and engagement using ACE Pipeline Manager (APN Customer Engagements). -Track leads, opportunities, and pipeline status tied to AWS partnerships. -Generate and present regular reports/dashboards to internal leadership on partnership health, KPIs, and program status. 5. Training and Enablement -Maintain centralized tracking of AWS certifications and training across the organization. -Ensure certifications are uploaded to APN Partner Central in a timely manner to support tier progression. -Work with internal stakeholders to drive awareness of required training and accreditation paths. Required Skills and Qualifications -35 years of experience in cloud operations, alliances, partner management, or a related field. -Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services and the AWS Partner Network (APN) ecosystem. -Experience with AWS partner tools, including: APN Partner Central ACE Pipeline Manager Familiarity with APN programs such as: Foundational Technical Review (FTR) AWS Competency Service Delivery Programs ISV Accelerate (if applicable)-Proven ability to manage cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, technical, and executive teams. -Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously. -Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience in stakeholder and vendor management. Preferred Qualifications -AWS Partner Accreditations (Business and/or Technical). -Prior experience working in a cloud-first or AWS-focused organization. -Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce , Excel/Google Sheets , and BI/dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker). -Experience supporting audits, business reviews, and maintaining compliance documentation. .
