Project Head

Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage multiple mechanical projects from inception to completion. Prepare project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies. Supervise project execution to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Coordinate internal teams for smooth project operations. Monitor project progress and resolve technical and operational issues. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Manage project costs and optimize resource utilization. Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents. Conduct regular project review meetings and prepare progress reports for management. Lead, mentor, and evaluate project engineers and site teams. Handle vendor management, procurement coordination. Ensure proper documentation. Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech - Mechanical). Master's Degree or Project Management certification will be an added advantage. Experience 10-15+ years of relevant experience in Mechanical Project Management. Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role managing in projects. Experience in Food Processing Plants, Chemical Refining Plant, Oil &Gas, Infrastructure projects will be preferred. Required Skills Strong Project Management and Leadership skills. Knowledge of Mechanical Systems and Project Execution. Excellent planning, budgeting, and cost control abilities. Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple teams and deadlines effectively. Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Knowledge of Quality Assurance, Safety Standards, and Risk Management. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Timely completion of projects. Budget adherence and cost optimization. Client satisfaction and successful project delivery. Effective manpower and resource management. Compliance with safety and quality standards. Team performance and productivity improvement. Compensation: Up to 140,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
