About the Role: We are looking for a senior leadership professional for the role of Head of IT who will drive both technical and commercial aspects of the business. This role goes beyond technical leadership and requires ownership of solutioning, business growth, team leadership, and customer engagement within the System Integration domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, and enterprise solutions, along with the ability to align technology with business objectives and revenue goals. Detailed Job Description (Key Responsibilities): 1. Leadership & Strategy Lead and manage the IT Infrastructure and Solutions business at an organizational level Define and drive IT strategy aligned with business goals Build and lead cross-functional teams (Network, Server, Storage, Cloud, Security Engineers) 2. Technical & Solutioning Expertise Oversee end-to-end solution architecture and design across infrastructure and cloud Work closely with solution architects, pre-sales, and sales teams Ensure delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance IT solutions 3. Technical-Commercial Ownership Drive technical-commercial discussions with clients Support sales teams in closing deals by addressing solutioning and pricing challenges Contribute to proposal creation, RFPs, and bid management 4. Business & Revenue Contribution Support and contribute to business growth and revenue targets Build strong relationships with OEMs, partners, and enterprise clients Identify new business opportunities in infrastructure and cloud domains 5. Delivery & Operations Ensure successful project delivery and lifecycle management Oversee implementation, deployment, and post-sales support Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality 6. Governance & Process Establish best practices, processes, and standards across IT operations Ensure compliance with security and regulatory frameworks Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvements Candidate Requirement: Bachelors degree in engineering / science (Mandatory) Masters degree (MBA / MCA / M.
