Role Description The Vice President of Engineering is a full-time remote role responsible for leading PInterviews engineering organization and driving the technical roadmap for the platform. This role oversees software development teams, defines engineering best practices, and ensures scalable, secure, and high-performing systems that support real-time online mock interviews and related services. The Vice President of Engineering collaborates closely with product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate strategic goals into technical initiatives and deliver features on time and within scope. Daily responsibilities include managing engineering managers and teams, setting clear objectives, monitoring project execution, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of innovation, reliability, and continuous improvement.
