Description Bro ad Role Description Lead the end-to-end planning, architecture, capacity management and technology evolution of the TTBS IP Core, Broadband and Enterprise Service Network. The role is responsible for ensuring scalable, resilient and cost-optimized network growth while enabling business expansion, superior customer experience and next-generation network transformation. Key Role Deliverables Network Strategy and Architecture Define technology roadmap and target architecture for IP Core, MPLS, Internet Gateway (IAG), OTN, Packet Transport, Hybrid/SDH and Broadband Core. Drive network modernization and technology transformation aligned with business strategy. Finalize network architecture, topology and resiliency standards. Capacity Planning & Investment Lead annual and long-term capacity planning based on traffic forecasts and business growth. Own CAPEX planning, budgeting, investment prioritization and business case preparation. Optimize network utilization while ensuring service readiness and future scalability. Customer Service Planning Own customer service provisioning strategy across Backbone/NLD and Core Network. Ensure timely network readiness for enterprise customer onboarding. Drive customer experience improvements through proactive planning and capacity augmentation. Product & Technology Enablement Partner with Product, Sales and Business teams for introduction of recent products, features and enterprise solutions. Evaluate technical feasibility, define network requirements and lead implementation strategy. Introduce emerging technologies supporting enterprise digital services. Engineering Governance Drive engineering standards, design governance and multi-vendor interoperability. Lead RFP preparation, technical evaluations and OEM selection. Own Acceptance Testing (AT), RA-NPI, RA-Intec and engineering approvals. Operational Excellence Work closely with Operations, NOC and Implemen .
