Job Description IAM / IGA Implementation Engineer Location: Bangalore Experience: 4+ Years Budget: Up to 12 LPA Role: IAM / IGA Implementation Engineer About the Role We are looking for an experienced Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Engineer with strong hands-on implementation experience in Saviynt or SailPoint IdentityIQ. The candidate will be responsible for application onboarding, identity lifecycle management, integrations, workflows, provisioning, access governance, and troubleshooting across enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities Implement and configure Saviynt IGA or SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions for enterprise identity governance. Perform application onboarding and integration with Active Directory, LDAP, databases, HR systems, cloud applications, and other enterprise platforms. Configure and manage OOTB, flat-file, JDBC, REST/API, and custom connectors. Configure account and entitlement aggregation, correlation, provisioning, and reconciliation processes. Implement Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) identity lifecycle processes. Design and configure access request, approval, provisioning, certification, and lifecycle workflows. Configure RBAC, access policies, SoD, access reviews, and certification campaigns. Develop automation scripts, rules, and tools to streamline identity management processes. Troubleshoot connector, provisioning, aggregation, workflow, and integration issues and perform root-cause analysis. Work with application owners, business stakeholders, security teams, and infrastructure teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions. Support implementation activities across Development, UAT, and Production environments. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, configuration documents, SOPs, runbooks, and user guides. Monitor IGA platform operations and resolve incidents, service requests, and implementation-related issues. Support audit and compliance requirements, including applicable regulatory and security standards. Mandatory Skills 4+ years of experience in IAM / IGA Strong hands-on experience in Saviynt or SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation Application onboarding and enterprise application integrations AD / LDAP integration Experience with JDBC, REST/API, flat-file, or custom connectors Account and entitlement aggregation/reconciliation JML / Identity Lifecycle Management Provisioning and deprovisioning Workflow and approval configuration RBAC / Access Governance / Access Certifications Good troubleshooting and debugging skills Experience working with technical and business stakeholders Good to Have Java / Python / JavaScript SAML, OAuth, OIDC Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD ServiceNow SQL / MySQL Saviynt EIC SailPoint IdentityIQ customization using Java / BeanShell / XML SoD and compliance frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, or ISO 27001 Candidate Preference Candidates with either of the following are eligible: Saviynt IGA Implementation SailPoint IdentityIQ Implementation Important: Candidates with only L1/L2 IAM support experience and without hands-on implementation/application onboarding experience may not be considered.
