As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role requires .NET Full Stack Engineer(min 5 YOE) with strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, React (Next.js), and Azure Cloud Services. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently delivering high-quality engineering solutions, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and contributing across the full software development lifecycle. Experience with PostgreSQL and CI/CD automation is desirable. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.Responsible for team decisions.Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to improve efficiency and user experience.Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth.Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.Professional & Technical Skills: Design and build scalable backend services (C#, .NET Core, REST APIs)- Develop modern UI using React/NextJS aligned with UBS UX standardsImprove and support existing Azure-based solutions including deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization.Independently analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues across application layers.- Perform root cause analysis and provide sustainable solutions for production incidents.Support release management activitiesAble to deliver engineering work independently with minimal supervision.Strong ownership and accountability mindset.Proactive problem solver with excellent troubleshooting capabilities.Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.This position is based at our Pan office.A 15 years full time education is required. .
