Senior Director - Coding Product Management (Hyderabad)

We are looking for a senior product leader with solid expertise in US Healthcare RCM, AI-driven medical coding, and Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) solutions to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of next-generation autonomous and computer-assisted coding products. Role & responsibilities - Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered coding and CDI solutions within the US healthcare ecosystem - Drive development of autonomous and computer-assisted coding platforms in collaboration with Engineering, AI/ML, Clinical, Compliance, and Operations teams - Partner with healthcare providers and RCM stakeholders to solve complex coding, documentation, and reimbursement challenges - Build scalable products focused on coding accuracy, compliance, auditability, and operational efficiency - Lead and mentor high-performing product teams while driving innovation in healthcare AI Preferred candidate profile - 15+ years of experience in US Healthcare, with strong exposure to Product Management / Product Strategy / Healthcare Technology - 5+ years of experience in product management roles within US Healthcare - Proven experience building or scaling AI-driven medical coding, CDI, or RCM technology solutions - Deep understanding of US healthcare coding workflows, including ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, HCC, DRG, CMS guidelines, and payer requirements - Strong understanding of AI/ML applications in healthcare, including NLP-based clinical documentation analysis - Experience working with engineering and data science teams on AI product development, validation, and deployment .
