About the Role We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and Salesforce platform customization, with the ability to deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL. Develop custom business logic, triggers, batch jobs, asynchronous processing, and platform events. Configure Salesforce features, including Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Custom Objects, Custom Metadata, Permission Sets, and Profiles. Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials, and middleware platforms. Develop reusable and maintainable components following Salesforce best practices and coding standards. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA Engineers, and Product Owners to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions. Perform code reviews, optimize application performance, and troubleshoot production issues. Write comprehensive unit tests to ensure high code coverage and maintain application quality. Participate in sprint planning, technical design discussions, estimations, and release activities. Support deployment activities using CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce DevOps tools. Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend platform enhancements and best practices. Required Skills 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development. Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.Experience developing custom objects, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Scheduled Apex, and Platform Events. Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Role Hierarchies.Experience with Salesforce Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, and other declarative features.Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and version control systems.Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Copado, Gearset, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins. Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Skills Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (required). Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification (preferred). Salesforce Administrator Certification. Experience with Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, or Salesforce Industries. Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web development practices. Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar. Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps Center and deployment automation. Exposure to AI capabilities such as Agentforce, Einstein AI, or Prompt Builder is an added advantage. Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Nice to Have Experience working on enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations. Knowledge of Salesforce architecture and design patterns.
