Experience: 814 Years Role: Salesforce Solution Architect Focus Area: Service Cloud & Agentforce Employment Type: Full time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the technical design and delivery of large-scale, enterprise Salesforce implementations, with a strong focus on Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical architect responsible for end-to-end solution design, architecture governance, integration strategy, and technical delivery. The role requires strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, service operations, AI-enabled solutions, security, data modeling, and enterprise integrations. Key ResponsibilitiesSolution & Technical Architecture - Own end-to-end technical architecture for Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce implementations. - Design scalable solutions covering data models, security, sharing, integrations, automation, and system architecture. - Evaluate configuration vs. customization and follow a configuration-first, platform-native approach. - Architect Case Management, Omni-Channel, Service Console, Knowledge, Flows, and automation solutions. - Establish architecture standards, governance, and Salesforce best practices. Agentforce & AI - Design and implement Agentforce-powered service experiences. - Define Agentforce topics, actions, grounding strategies, and AI-assisted workflows. - Design human-in-the-loop processes, AI guardrails, and reliable customer service experiences. - Advise stakeholders on the appropriate use of Agentforce and Generative AI within service transformation initiatives. Technical Delivery & Governance - Lead architecture reviews, technical walkthroughs, and solution sign-offs. - Guide and mentor Salesforce developers and technical consultants. - Define integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, platform events, and event-driven patterns. - Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and data governance requirements. - Support Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, release management, and environment strategy. Stakeholder Management - Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, architects, BAs, and delivery teams. - Translate business requirements into detailed technical and solution architecture designs. - Present architecture decisions, technical options, and trade-offs to senior stakeholders. - Collaborate with Project and Delivery Managers to ensure technical feasibility and successful delivery. Required Skills & Experience - 814 years of overall IT experience with significant experience in Salesforce architecture. - Strong experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce Service Cloud implementations. - Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce or Salesforce AI/agentic capabilities. - Strong expertise in: - Salesforce Service Cloud - Case Management & Omni-Channel - Service Console & Knowledge - Agentforce - Apex & Lightning Web Components (LWC) - Salesforce Flows & Automation - Platform Events - Data Modeling - Sharing & Security Architecture - Governor Limits - REST/SOAP APIs - Middleware / MuleSoft or equivalent - Strong understanding of enterprise integration and event-driven architecture. - Experience leading technical teams and owning architecture decisions throughout the complete SDLC. - Strong knowledge of Agile delivery, CI/CD, Salesforce DevOps, and release management. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred / Nice to Have - Salesforce Application Architect / System Architect certification track. - Salesforce Agentforce Specialist or AI Associate certification. - Experience with Experience Cloud, MuleSoft, or Data Cloud. - Experience in contact center modernization or omnichannel transformation programs. - Exposure to BFSI, Life Sciences, Retail, or other regulated industries. Certifications Good to Have - Salesforce Application Architect / System Architect - Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant - Salesforce Agentforce Specialist - Salesforce AI Associate - Salesforce Integration Architect Ideal Candidate A strong hands-on Salesforce Architect who can combine deep technical expertise with enterprise architecture skills, lead development teams, engage senior stakeholders, and design modern Service Cloud + Agentforce solutions that are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
