Hands-on experience in end-to-end eCommerce application testing. Robust understanding of IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS) and related business processes. Experience testing Order Management, Inventory Management, Fulfillment, Shipping, Returns, and Payment workflows. Knowledge of CRM and ERP integrations within eCommerce ecosystems. Experience validating integrations between IBM Sterling OMS and CRM platforms. Experience testing ERP integrations for order processing, inventory synchronization, pricing, and fulfillment. Solid understanding of APIs, Web Services (REST/SOAP), EDI, and middleware-based integrations. Experience in functional, integration, system, regression, and end-to-end testing. Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA, ALM, or similar tools. Ability to analyze business requirements and create comprehensive test scenarios and test cases. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
