In this role, you will ensure that customers clearly understand what is new, what has changed, and why it matters. You will turn product features, enhancements, and fixes into timely, customer-friendly communication across channels such as release notes, changelogs, emails, in-app notifications, website updates, and social media. You will work closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, Designers, Customer Support, and the Social Media team to make every release communication accurate, relevant, and well-timed.
