Job Title: Senior Visa Consultant Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-time (On-site) Industry: Travel & Tourism Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Visa Consultant with a strong background in visa processing and immigration services. The ideal candidate will handle tourist visas, business visas, and immigration-related documentation, ensuring smooth processing for clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, in-depth knowledge of immigration laws, and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently. Key Responsibilities Handle visa processing for tourist, business, and other categories.Provide accurate visa counselling and guidance to clients.Prepare case-specific covering letters and documentation.Maintain updated knowledge of visa checklists, procedures, and immigration laws.Communicate effectively with clients, authorities, and embassies/consulates.Ensure all applications are presented in the best possible manner to maximize approval chances.Maintain organized records of applications and follow up on pending cases.Provide excellent customer service and timely updates to clients.Work closely with the travel and operations team to support client requirements.Qualifications & Skills Minimum 4-5+ years of proven experience in visa handling and immigration consulting.Strong knowledge of visa filing procedures, documentation, and immigration regulations.Excellent communication and consulting skills (both written & verbal).Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional approach.High attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Graduate degree in any discipline; relevant certifications in immigration/visa consultancy are an advantage.Key Skills: Immigration Services | Visa Processing | Visa Counselling | Visa Filing | Tourism & Travel | Business Travel | Email Communication | Customer Service | Documentation & Compliance .
