Knowledge of exception handling and troubleshooting UiPath workflows. Familiarity with Windows environments, basic SQL concepts, and log analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to coordinate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams. Willingness to work in a Managed Services (MS) support environment. Preferred Skills Experience supporting unattended automation solutions. Exposure to ITIL processes or ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira. UiPath certification is an added advantage.
