The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting BMC Remedy/Helix applications, strong troubleshooting abilities, and a solid understanding of ITIL processes. In this role, you will ensure the stability, availability, and performance of the Remedy environment while providing exceptional support to business users.
