Role: Senior Support Engineer- Digital Transformation & OT Location: Pune, India Relevant Experience: 6-12 Yrs About the Role: At Dhler, we operate ~50 factories worldwide powered by cutting-edge, modern, globally standardized OT systems. As a Senior OT Support Engineer, you take ownership where standard processes end: solving complex issues, driving automation, and leading global rollouts in a highly dynamic production environment. Your Responsibilities Global OT Support Act as escalation point for issues beyond SOPs Troubleshoot complex system, integration, and data challenges Factory Enablement Support and optimize operations across ~50 production sites Manage high-impact change requests with global stakeholders Global Rollouts Support and lead OT system rollouts and deployments worldwide Drive implementation directly in real production environments Automation & Continuous Improvement Automate repetitive SOP-driven tasks Build scripts, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency and stability Hands-on Execution Work directly with shopfloor systems and technologies Bridge the gap between concept and real-world operations Your Profile Strong hands-on experience in OT / Manufacturing IT / Industrial Systems Proven experience in shopfloor environments Expertise in MES, SCADA, PLCs, and system integrations Experience with global rollouts / deployments Skills in automation / scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell, APIs) Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Fluent in English .

Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
