Job ID: 891192 1 - 5 Years 1 Opening Bengaluru Role description Responsibilities Maintain essential IT infrastructure, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware. Manage business-critical IT tasks and systems that provide commercial advantages in the global marketplace. Enable faster and smarter business processes and develop analytics for meaningful business insights. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to communicate project status, activities, and achievements. Work in flexible shifts and proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve IT system issues. Communicate effectively with clients, end users, and stakeholders to understand and address their needs and concerns. Demonstrate strong business understanding, problem-solving skills, and hands-on technical expertise. Analyze and resolve hardware and software issues while ensuring optimal system performance. Maintain the security and stability of the organizations IT environment. Work independently and build efficient IT systems that meet business and technology requirements. Log, track, and process support requests in a timely manner. Repair and replace laptop components and peripherals as required. Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, operating systems, networks, printers, and scanners. Manage inventory and stock of IT equipment, components, consumables, and supplies. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues. Skills & Technical Expertise Perform user administration tasks, including user/group management, security permissions, Group Policy administration, print services, and hardware replacements. Research and resolve event log warnings and errors and monitor system resources to ensure seamless operation of infrastructure components. Monitor file server health using existing management tools and respond to hardware issues as they arise. Build, test, deploy, and maintain new servers when required. Maintain internal IT infrastructure, including laptops, desktops, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, and security updates. Support and manage internet, intranet, LAN, WAN, and network segments. Assist the Service Desk and other support teams with troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Provide technical support and guidance to users and stakeholders as needed. Perform routine and scheduled audits of systems, backups, and IT assets. Experience with operating systems, current technologies, laptop imaging, data wiping, asset management, and inventory management. Knowledge of system performance monitoring tools and Active Directory administration. Proven success in IT operations, infrastructure support, and end-user computing environments. Other details 10+ years of experience in information security, with a focus on audit management. Experience with responding to security questionnaires and managing client audits. Experience in managing third-party audits and internal audit processes. Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and others. Demonstrated advanced verbal and written communication skills Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple audits and client requests simultaneously.
