Role Description The National Sales Specialist is a full-time, in office/hybrid role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for driving sales growth across India, managing key accounts, and expanding Higrons customer base within target industrial sectors. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, conducting customer meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts in line with company guidelines. The National Sales Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, coordinate with operations for service delivery, and monitor sales performance against targets. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales reports, analyzing market trends, and providing feedback to leadership on opportunities for improvement and expansion. Qualifications - Strong Communication skills, including the ability to present technical and commercial information clearly to diverse stakeholders. - Proven Customer Service experience, with a focus on building long-term relationships and addressing client needs promptly and professionally. - Demonstrated success in Sales and Sales Operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and meeting or exceeding revenue targets. - Experience in Business Development, particularly in identifying new market segments, developing strategic partnerships, and growing accounts. - Background in industrial products or services, ideally within oil, gas, petrochemical, or related sectors. - Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and travel within India as required for client visits and industry events. - Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered. - Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) for reporting, analysis, and presentations. - Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a results-driven and ethical approach to sales. .
