The role involves understanding client requirements, mapping them to cybersecurity solutions, conducting product demonstrations, and working closely with internal teams to drive successful deal closures. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge in cybersecurity solutions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for clients. Key Responsibilities Pre-Sales Support Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and business challenges. Design and propose suitable cybersecurity solutions aligned with client needs. Support the sales team in technical discussions, presentations, and solution positioning. Client Engagement Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) for prospective clients. Address client queries related to solution architecture, implementation, and integration. Participate in client meetings to build confidence in proposed solutions. Solution Design Develop solution architectures and technical proposals for cybersecurity offerings. Work closely with delivery and engineering teams to ensure feasibility and alignment. Customize solutions based on client infrastructure and security requirements. Proposal & Documentation Prepare RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, technical documentation, and solution proposals. Assist in preparing commercial proposals in coordination with the sales team. Maintain a repository of technical documentation and solution templates. Market & Product Knowledge Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies. Provide insights to sales and product teams regarding market demands. Support the development of sales enablement materials such as presentations and case studies. Leadership & Coordination Lead and mentor junior pre-sales or solution engineering team members. Coordinate with internal teams including sales, product, delivery, and marketing. Ensure alignment between client requirements and technical capabilities.
