JD Manager Stores | Hyderabad Unit 1 Designation: Manager Stores Department: Operations Location: Hyderabad Unit 1 Experience: Minimum 10 years in Stores & Inventory Management Qualification: B.Com / B.Sc / Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical, Production or Industrial Engineering) CTC: 12 15 LPA Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Manager Stores to manage the complete stores and inventory function and ensure uninterrupted material availability and efficient warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities Overall responsibility for Raw Material, Packing Material, Consumables, Engineering Spares and Finished Goods Stores.Ensure uninterrupted material availability to production through effective inventory planning.Maintain accurate inventory records in D365 ERP and ensure timely transaction entries.Monitor inventory levels, ROP, safety stock and slow/non-moving inventory.Lead cycle counting, physical stock verification and inventory reconciliation.Manage warehouse operations, storage practices, FIFO compliance and material traceability.Coordinate with Purchase, PPC, Production, Quality and Finance for seamless material flow.Manage engineering spare-parts inventory to minimize machine downtime.Drive 5S, warehouse safety and statutory compliance within stores.
