We're seeking someone to join our team as a Security Settlements Director in Firmwide Operations to ensure that the firm's Fixed Income and Equity security transactions successfully settle on contractual settlement date and in accordance with trade details as booked in the firm's system. In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is a Team Supervisor position at Director level within Core Services, which is responsible for performing and managing product-agnostic and centralized operational services across several businesses and products. Partner with the various Operations teams, Business Units and Agent Banks, in order to maximize trade settlement whilst minimizing financial, franchise and regulatory risk to the Firm and Firm Clients. Develop, supervise and report the teams key risk & performance indicators on a periodic basis. Point of escalation for the function and supports team on issue resolution. Partner closely with Business Units in enhancing our client service levels and support for new business development. Identifies and develops value added solutions that support clients' needs. Provides management oversight and review of regulatory reporting functions. Drive review of the controls and processes to reduce operational and client risk. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and strive for delivery of commercial initiatives. Work with global counterparts in running the strategic agenda for Security Settlements.
