Program Manager (Architecture & Design) (Mumbai)

Studio: Retail + Restaurant Role Overview We are seeking a Program Manager (Architect / Sr. Designer) for our Mumbai office within the Retail + Restaurant studio. This role is specifically suited for a qualified Architect or Interior Designer with strong experience in retail project documentation, construction, and execution. The position focuses on the timely and accurate delivery of architectural project deliverables from design development through construction, managing multiple projects or workstreams, supporting high-quality documentation, and providing leadership across teams under the guidance of studio leadership. Key Responsibilities - Manage and oversee architectural deliverables from design development through construction documentation - Coordinate multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously, ensuring schedule and scope alignment - Collaborate closely with design, technical, and consultant teams - Monitor documentation quality, accuracy, and consistency across projects - Track schedules, milestones, and dependencies; proactively identify and resolve risks - Support studio leadership in maintaining design intent and technical excellence - Facilitate clear communication across teams and stakeholders - Mentor and guide team members to support effective workflows and collaboration Qualifications & Experience - Bachelors Degree in Architecture or related field - 10+ years of experience in retail and rollout-focused architectural projects. - Strong understanding of design development and construction documentation processes - Experience with retail and/or restaurant projects preferred - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace - Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills What We Offer - Opportunity to work on high-profile retail and hospitality projects - Collaborative, design-driven studio environment - Leadership exposure and career growth within the studio .
