About the internship: Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Case assessment & legal review: Analyze investor complaints and identify potential violations, grievances, or dispute-related issues based on facts and supporting documents. 2. Legal research & documentation: Conduct research on investor grievance mechanisms, regulatory frameworks, and exchange-related complaint procedures, while preparing case summaries and maintaining records. 3. Client interaction & information gathering: Communicate with investors to understand case facts, collect relevant information, and ensure proper documentation for further review. 4. Regulatory complaint support: Assist in the preparation, review, and submission of complaint-related documentation through appropriate grievance redressal platforms, and support case tracking activities.
