Chief Technology Officer / Vice President - Full Stack Development

Job Position Chief Technology Officer/ VP / AVP (Software Engineering and Product Development) Digital Health Global Tech Startup. Joining Immediately. Job Location Bhopal. Job Description Lead the endtoend product development for a highly scalable SaaS cloud platform that supports B2B, B2B2C, and B2C digital health consumers. Serve as technology architect and build architectural blueprints for web and mobile applications on AWS and GCP. Design, develop and launch APIs, backend services, frontend web portals, and mobile app functionalities, ensuring crossplatform optimization and responsive design. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate product designs into technical specifications. Oversee API integration with thirdparty services for secure transactions. Lead and mentor a small founding team, fostering an environment of accountability and rapid delivery. Drive continuous improvement by staying current with emerging technologies and industry best practices. Experience Earlystage to growthstage tech startup experience in software product development (minimum 210 years). At least 2 years as a Software Technology Architect and 1 year as a Solutions Architect. 27 years as a fullstack developer (backend focus) with handson responsibility for product delivery. Experience building cloudnative platforms from scratch; optional 1 year in DevOps leadership. Prior roles as Engineering Manager, Head of Engineering, or similar leading web and mobile product teams. Handson experience with QA testing in startup environments. Required Skillset Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript; frameworks such as Angular, React, or similar. Backend: Python (Django), Ruby, Java, PHP, .NET; familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB). Fullstack development on the MEAN/LAMP stack. Cloud platforms: AWS (S3, EC2, Lambda, etc.); GCP recommended. Mobile development: Android (Kotlin, Java), iOS (Swift, Dart/Flutter), ReactNative. CI/CD and DevOps tools; experience with Kubernetes or similar orchestrators is a plus. Testing frameworks: Appium, Selenium, etc. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Qualification B.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics & Circuit Engineering (or equivalent). MBA or advanced degrees are not required.
