Java Team Leader

We are looking for an accomplished and passionate Java Team Leader to join our cyber intelligence team in India. As a Cognyter you will: Manage a cross-functional high performing agile automation full stack development teamSupervise all automation infrastructure development lifecycle including design, development, deployment and CI/CD processesBuild from scratch a large team of server-side, client-side and automation developers with full responsibility on the recruitment and onboarding processesMentor, empower and lead the way to a professional, collaborative and engaged unitCollaborate closely with global development and QA teams, product owners, architects and system integration engineers to identify and solve challenging problems For that mission you will need: BSc Computer Science / Software Engineering or equivalentAt least 5 years experience as a R&D manager/TLExtensive background professional experience with server-side and technologies in high-performance complex systemsBasic understanding of client-side developmentExperience in a global, adaptive and fast-responsive environmentIn-depth understanding of the entire software development life cycle process (design, development, deployment, CI/CD processes, automation, build and release flows)Experience with software deployment containers such as OpenShift, Kubernetes, DockerExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently and collaborativelyAn advantage: Experience with Automation tools like Jenkins, Ansible, Gauge .
