As a Senior Performance Engineer, you will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, DevOps, and Architecture teams to ensure our applications meet performance, scalability, reliability, and availability goals. You will design performance test strategies, execute performance tests, analyze bottlenecks, and provide recommendations to improve application performance. ABOUT THIS TEAM BOLD Platform services team design, create, manage and maintain the highly scalable and distributed services for the wider use of web and mobile product applications/portals/websites. Current list of services are based on Microservices architecture whose domain ranges from visitor tracking, User profiles, authentication, content and payment WHAT YOULL DO Design and execute performance test strategies for enterprise applications.Develop and maintain performance test scripts using JMeter and LoadRunner.Perform Load, Stress, Spike, Soak, Scalability, and Capacity testing.Execute API performance testing for REST APIs, microservices, Azure Functions, WebJobs, and ASP.NET Core applications.Analyze application performance using monitoring tools and identify performance bottlenecks.Collaborate with Development, DevOps, Product, and Infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues.Integrate performance tests with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.Create utility scripts using Python or PowerShell to improve automation. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. When you interview, expect the question every engineer hears: 'Tell me about a time you had to debug a problem that wasn't in your job description.' Have a specific story ready—not a general one.
