Oracle Utilities MDM Techno-Functional Developer responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting Oracle MDM/C2M solutions. The role blends functional expertise in utility (Meter-to-Cash) processes with hands-on technical development in OUAF and enterprise integrations to deliver scalable, upgrade-safe solutions. Core Responsibilities Develop and configure MDM/C2M solutions using OUAF components (BOs, BS, Algorithms, Plug-ins, BPA Scripts, UI Maps, Zones). Manage and configure core MDM entities: Devices, Measuring Components, Service Points, Usage Subscriptions, Service Agreements, Measurement Types. Implement VEE (Validation, Estimation, Editing) processes and meter data lifecycle. Handle interval/scalar data processing, usage calculations, and billing determinants. Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs. Build and support integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, XML, file-based, messaging). Configure batch jobs, background processing, and scheduling. Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support. Collaborate across functional, technical, and business teams. Functional Expertise Strong knowledge of Electricity, Water, Gas domains and Meter-to-Cash lifecycle. Deep expertise in: VEE processes Meter data processing (interval/scalar) Usage and billing calculations Device and service point lifecycle Ability to define business rules, workflows, and data processes. Exposure to Oracle CC&B is preferred. Technical Skills 10+ years of Oracle Utilities (MDM/C2M/CC&B). Strong OUAF architecture and development experience. Programming: Java, Groovy, SQL, PL/SQL. Experience with batch processing, job scheduling, performance tuning, error handling. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Integration Expertise Integration with: HES, SCADA, AMI/AMR systems CC&B/C2M billing systems Third-party enterprise applications Technologies: REST/SOAP APIs, XML File-based & message-based integrations (JMS) Enterprise integration patterns Experience Requirements 10+ years relevant experience At least 12 end-to-end MDM implementations/upgrades Proven experience in custom development, integrations, and support Focus on scalable and upgrade-safe solutions Preferred Skills Oracle Utilities methodologies Agile experience Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration Ability to work independently and cross-functionally .
